Welcome to LondonRunner.ca, home of the London Runner Distance Club, the Runners' Choice London Distance Series, and the London and Area Running Association. This website is meant to act as a focal point for these groups and the community that surrounds them.
Founded in 2006, the London Runner Distance Club is a large and diverse group of middle and long distance runners that compete in Track, Cross Country, and Road Racing. LRDC athletes range from elementary school age to Masters (40+), and compete anywhere from the local level to representing Canada internationally.
The London Runner support network consists of two major partners - New Balance and Runners' Choice London - who provide footwear, apparel, and financial support to aspiring Elite runners through the Athlete Assistance Program; they also provide financial and equipment support, as well as product discounts, that benefit all club members…
